Vila Ana - Cluj-Napoca

Our room was nice and big, plus we even had a terrace to enjoy!

The hotel is quiet - modern rooms and big beds. Everyone is amicable and exceptionally nice and host too. The ambiance is quiet. Location is perfect and magnificent, close to the river. There is Yume Coffee Roasters very close to the property, had dinner there. Thanks guys for the service!

All in all, it was welcome base for travelling to Cluj-Napoca. Its location minute walk from restaurants and a coffee shop was quiet.

The room was modern with a terrace, and the hotel was conveniently located near the center and train station.

I stayed here 1 night and appreciated it. I had a new-fashioned and big size room with a terrace. Coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and a washing machine were available. No complains at all, the hotel met every demand.

The double room was well maintained and warm. Its location at a short distance from Cluj-Napoca Franciscan Church was absolutely perfect and good.

We had a pleasant stay at the conveniently located Vila Ana. Although it was tucked away, once the construction sites were closed, it became a quiet and calm place. Our room, although with only a small roof window, was sufficient for our short stay.

The apartment's proximity to the city was a bonus. Cons: No complaints at all!

The shower had great water pressure, which was a nice bonus.

We were not pleased with a few aspects of our stay. the instructions provided for check-in were overly complicated and confusing.

Great value for money with a spacious and clean room, plus a comfortable and enormous bed. The location was convenient and close to the city centre, with a lovely view of the river. The staff were friendly and cute, providing clear information and easy self check-in. Free parking space was a nice bonus.

Breakfast items could be improved with the addition of some Nescafe or other coffee options. Soundproofing of the room was not very effective, allowing noise from other guests to be easily heard.
